2. Service Requests and Quotes

• All service requests, quotes, and estimates are subject to review and approval.
   
• Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change based on additional work required or changes in material costs.
   
• A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed.
   

3. Payment Terms

• The remaining balance is due immediately upon project completion.
   
• Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card.
   
• Payments not received within the agreed timeframe will be considered theft of service, and legal actions will be taken.
   
• Customers will be held responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and associated expenses incurred to collect unpaid balances.
   

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

5. Liability

• State Fire Prevention of Hudson Valley is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered.
   
• We carry all necessary insurance coverage for our work.
   
• Customers are responsible for securing sensitive equipment or property prior to service.
   

6. Intellectual Property
